E falando na fauna existente no local, estudos recentes catalogaram cerca de 190 esp\u00e9cies de mam\u00edferos, aves, r\u00e9pteis, anf\u00edbios, serpentes e insetos, como a <strong>pregui\u00e7a-de-coleira<\/strong>, o <strong>macaco-prego<\/strong> e o <strong>tucano-do-bico-preto<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">A origem do nome Mestre \u00c1lvaro<\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">De acordo com antigos moradores, na regi\u00e3o morava um mestre de carpintaria, ou professor, de nome <strong>\u00c1lvaro<\/strong> e sempre que algu\u00e9m precisava de seus servi\u00e7os, dizia: <em>&#8220;Vou no Morro do Mestre \u00c1lvaro&#8221;<\/em>. Sobre o tempo de dura\u00e7\u00e3o, obviamente, varia de acordo com o ritmo do grupo.
