Um ano depois foi batizada por Estev\u00e3o da Gama, numa homenagem \u00e0 Sant\u00edssima Trindade, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00eas eleva\u00e7\u00f5es que se avistam \u00e0 dist\u00e2ncia.
